In the event that this happens, your appointment will always be rearranged at the earliest mutually convenient time and at no additional charge.

I appreciate your understanding and respect, just as I extend flexibility and consideration to my clients when they need it.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session or walk.

  • Severe cold or frost

  • Ice or snow

  • You agree to refrain from using aversive tools outside of training sessions.

  • If you or your dog(s) are showing any ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general lethargy etc) then I please ask you to cancel/rearrange the session and contact me to let me know. I am immunocompromised myself and work with multiple dogs and own my own.

8. Behaviour & Training Services

Canine behaviour modification is influenced by numerous factors including environment, consistency, and guardian implementation.

Every dog is different and learn at their own pace. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Progress depends on a number of factors but not limited to:

  • Guardian consistency

  • Environmental management

  • The dog’s temperament and history

  • Adherence to professional advice

  • The dog’s physical health

Lack of perceived progress does not constitute grounds for refund.

  • The services will be tailored and determined by the specific needs and goals discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation and Client Form.

  • If any additional issues arise as the training progresses, this will be discussed and added to the training plan where appropriate.

  • If I feel a vet check/pain investigations are needed, this will need to be carried out either before or during working together. 80-90% of behavioural cases are related to pain/physical discomfort.

  • Training requires patience, consistency and work from the owner alongside working with a trainer.

  • The training programme created for your dog(s) is specific to them and only them.

  • There is no timeline on the training programme- dogs learn at their own individual pace. More complex behavioural modification will take longer and will likely experience setbacks here and there.

9. Remote Behaviour + Training Services

For online sessions:

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection

  • Technical issues do not entitle the Client to a refund

  • Sessions may not be recorded without mutual consent

Remote services are delivered with the same professional standards as in-person services.

10. Training Walk Services

Training walks are structured behaviour sessions, not casual exercise walks.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify routes

  • Shorten sessions if the dog is struggling or unwell

  • Decline off-lead exercise

  • Implement safety equipment

Training walks may be sold only in structured blocks at the Company’s discretion.

11. Pet Sitting Services

Pet sitting bookings must be paid in full 7 days before the sit is due to commence to secure dates. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking.
